This past weekend, in the mirific village of Veseud, in the heart of Transylvania, I had the pleasure of hosting a Transformative Graphic Facilitation workshop with Colors in Projects, a training and consulting company, specialized in SAFe, Agile and Project Management, where I met passionate professionals. It was a fantastic opportunity to explore the power of visuals in training and facilitation sessions!
Workshop Goals
The primary goal of the workshop was to boost participants’ confidence in using visuals and to enhance their skills in conveying complex concepts through simple and effective visuals. With 10 enthusiastic participants, we uncovered new ways to graphically represent ideas and experienced firsthand how visuals can transform our communication style. By the end of the workshop, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive!

Participants shared their appreciation for the vibrant atmosphere, the energy of their colleagues (and of the trainer ☺️), and the exciting discovery of new techniques. Many expressed their intention to incorporate at least one graphic element into their presentations starting tomorrow, to add color to their flipcharts, and to express themselves more visually!
After receiving such positive feedback, I felt an overwhelming sense of fulfillment and gratitude. It is always rewarding to witness the transformation in confidence and creativity among the participants. Their enthusiastic responses reassured me that our efforts to enhance visual thinking and graphic facilitation truly made an impact.
Facilitating this fast-paced workshop allowed me to connect with each participant, learning from their unique perspectives and experiences as well. The vibrant atmosphere created by their energy and willingness to engage made every moment worthwhile.
