This week had the incredible opportunity to embark on a four-day adventure in the Netherlands, diving deep into the world of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP). Facilitated by the talented Michel Cloosterman, this transformative training experience took place from October 2nd to October 5th, 2023. It was an enlightening journey that I can’t wait to share with you.

Michel Cloosterman, our guide for this adventure, hails from “Bricks and Business,” a Dutch training and educational institute established in 2008. They are not just any institute; they are part of the prestigious “Association of Master Trainers” for the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. Michel’s partner in crime, Martijn Nas, brought his extensive Agile experience as an Agile Coach to the table.

Our group of participants was a dynamic blend of individuals deeply entrenched in the Agile world. We were all eager to unlock new methods to engage our teams and contribute to more agile organizations.
